Privacy notice

Vaulst provides hosted galleries for photography studios. Studios control which photos they upload and who receives private gallery links. Do not share a private link with someone who should not have access.

Studio account and demo enquiries

If you request an account or demo, Vaulst stores your request type, studio and contact details, requested storage and optional message so an authorised representative can respond. Submitting a request does not create an account, activate a paid subscription or book a demo time.

Client galleries

Studios store project files and make them available through revocable private links. Access and download permissions depend on the studio’s settings. Contact the studio that provided your link to ask about images or selections.

Optional selfie search

Live Gallery is for adults. If enabled, a consenting guest provides a selfie to search event photos using AWS face-recognition processing. Selfie search can be inaccurate. Event indexing is limited to the event’s availability window; storage and deletion of event photographs are controlled separately by the studio. Do not upload anyone else’s selfie.

Questions and data requests

For a gallery, contact the studio that shared it. For a Vaulst account enquiry, use the same contact channel through which a representative contacted you. This notice should be reviewed alongside applicable contractual and legal requirements before wide public launch.
